Another Hobbit Post, Starring Sister

Hello everybody! I know I did a Hobbit post not too long ago, but recently, we watched the Hobbit for Christmas with Sister. So I thought we could interview her! And now…welcome, Little Sister (Sister’s replies will be in bold, and I will be in italics)!!

This will contain MAJOR Hobbit spoilers! If you have not watched The Hobbit, do just that before you continue reading! If you do not care about awesome movies being spoiled, then read on. Also, there will be GIF overload in this post.

Hey people.

She’s such an emo. Alright, first question. Which was your favorite movie and why?

Battle of the Five Armies, because it brought everything to a close, and everything died, and it was closure, you know? I like movies that just (bangs side of hand on palm) close things.

Alrighty then (Nervous laugh)! What were your favorite moments from each movie?

Well, in the first one, I liked ‘That’s What Bilbo Baggins Hates’ (the song) because who doesn’t? I liked where Thorin goes out to fight Azog and gets chomped by a warg. And then Bilbo saves him! I like the part where Bard gets first introduced in the second movie. I like…OH I LIKE WHERE LEGOLAS FIGHTS WITH BOLG (sighs)! Let’s see, I like the part where Legolas runs up falling bricks, and I like the part where Alfrid pretends to be an old lady. I like the part, even though it’s so sad, where Fili is in the bottom of the watchtower and he hears the noises on one side and then he tries to go to the other side but he hears noises…it breaks my heart in two pieces!

Nice ones. My personal favorite of those is Majestic Thorin. Who are your top…let’s say ten favorite characters?

Ooh, ooh, this is gonna be fun! Better sit down, cause it’s time for a long story!

Just to clarify, she has crushes on Legolas, Fili, and Thorin. What were the scariest moments in each movie?

Let’s see, I was scared when Bard was using Bain (his son) to aim at Smaug, I was so scared for Fili when he died! I was scared when Gandalf was going to the tomb of the Witch-king of Angmar, and then the thing flew out, and then it was Radagast. I was so scared! I was scared when the two dwarves dropped out of the tree. That’s it.

We probably shouldn’t dive into this dark topic, but…top three favorite quotes?

Azog, because he killed everybody and I hate him. Forever.
