The Story Dig: Part Three
Hello everyone! [Insert the appropriate greeting for whatever time it is where you are] Today, as promised, I have another Story Dig post for you. Enjoy!
The 7777 Writing Tag
Do you what both terrorizes and excites writers?
Sharing their work.
Sometimes writers have stories that simultaneously humiliate and inspire them hidden under a blanket and guarded by a baby dragon. Sometimes, writers boiling over with inspiration and excitement just can’t wait to share their stories with the world.
For my current story, I fall into the latter category.
I will do another Story Dig post next week but today, we’re going to look at my current work in progress. No title (yet), but it’s a fantasy novel that I’ve had kicking around in my mind for a while
The Fellowship of the Novel Characters: Chapter Five
Hello everyone! Welcome back to my fanfiction! I don’t have too much to say here except a quick writing announcement: I have decided what to do! Anyone remember the fantasy apocalypse story? With Sierra the dryad, Beck the elf, and Heaven and Nevaeh, twin mermaids? Well, I decided to combine the two stories. Stella (renamed Morgan) has taken Sierra’s place, Tristan (renamed Tyler) is now Beck, and Esha and Thea (renamed Erin and Trinity) are Heaven and Nevaeh.
Warning: Lord of the Rings is rated PG-13, and while my writing will not be excessively gory, it will reflect the darkness and death that the Fellowship had to face. Also, spoilers.
Summary: Last time, we met Merry and Pippin, found mushrooms, and don’t know what Nazgul are.

Good day, all! I hope you’re doing well, especially now that school has started. BLEH!
Today we’re continuing with the series we began in a recent post, where I interview Sister about her book. I’ll be asking her questions, which will be in italics, and her answers will be in bold. Say hi, Sis!
Hey!
The Fellowship of the Novel Characters: Chapter Four
Hey everyone! How have you been? I’m tired and sick from eating too many cheese sticks. Plus my keyboard is cutting out. On the bright side, I’m about to order some library books online; the first time in a good while! Yay!
Tiny writing announcement, I am considering rewriting DAR/The Unveiling/The book where these characters are from. The plot was super cliche and BORING, so yeah. Grimaces we’ll see what happens. I was going to trash it entirely, but my friend and Sister said not to.
I haven’t been very consistent with blogging. First I was too tired (or just plain lazy), then I was visiting friends in another state. But I’m back, and let’s get on with this Lord of the Rings fanfiction.
Trigger warnings: Lord of the Rings is rated PG-13, and while my writing will not be excessively gory, it will reflect the darkness and death that the Fellowship had to face. Also, spoilers.
Summary: Even thought Candace, Stella, and Sam weren’t droppin’ no eaves, Gandalf has thought of a better use for them.

What’s up everyone? Today we have the beginning of a really fun series. As you all know, I’m an avid writer and reader. So today, we’re going to talk reading and writing and WIPs! But not with me. Oh, no. We’ve had too many blog posts detailing my many WIPs. For this blog series, we’ll be interviewing a special guest! *Throws open red curtain* Come out, Sister!
Yes, Sister is also a writer and reader! She’s currently working on a really good fantasy novel, and we’ll be focusing more on her novel in this series than mine, although my characters will definitely make appearances. Sister’s replies will be in bold. All replies will be typed as close to reality as possible.
Storytime: Midpoint
Hey everyone! I skipped last week, so sorry…
But today is the last post in the Storytime series! I’ll be talking about my fantasy academy story (also partially reorganizing the story’s Pinterest board, because it’s a hot mess)!
In other (quick) writing news, tomorrow is the day I start editing DAR, and I’ve also come up with one-and-a-half story ideas (Half because I totally reimagined my fairy tale story but kept Jasmine in). The 1/2 will be my July NaNo Camp project, and the secret one is for NaNoWriMo in November! Lastly, I wrote an essay that I will be posting shortly and submitted my flash fiction to the NaNoWriMo Flash Fiction contest.
Anyways, onto the story!
Emergency Update: Writing
Hello everyone! I had a special post planned for today, but BIG THINGS HAPPENED!
Guess!
You don’t know?
I’ll give you a second. Don’t click the ‘Read More’ button until you’ve actually taken a guess! I’ll find you if you do and give you an earful about everything.
